Erica R. Wexler, MSOD is a pragmatically optimistic change facilitator and expert in organizational dynamics. With a Master's in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, Erica's proficiency extends beyond academic achievements. She's credentialed in Applied Neuroscience, Executive Coaching, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, and Complex Project Management. Drawing upon real-world experience, her approach enables leaders to understand deeply rooted issues from multiple perspectives, resulting in real transformations with real, measurable impact.

Brian K. Oglesby, MSOD, MPhil brings 30+ years of substantial experience enhancing productivity by developing programs and policies that support diversity as a key driver toward increasing the bottom line. Recognizing that every situation is different, he utilizes a highly effective balance of creative thinking and real-world practicality to find unique solutions that fit each company’s - and each leader’s - unique dynamic.
Always instigating thought-provoking conversations, Brian contributes a deep knowledge of best practices in a variety of industries, including economic and workforce development, private entrepreneurship, government, and human services. Brian is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds dual Master’s degrees in Organizational Dynamics and Complex Project Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
Adrianna Gabriel-Miller, MSOD
Adrianna Gabriel-Miller, MSOD takes a holistic approach to development, combining assessment data and skill acquisition with behavioral based methodologies that encourage lasting change. Known for her compassionate style, she helps clients to identify and amplify their strengths and address their areas of opportunity. She designs and delivers high-quality learning experiences by crafting tailored solutions which integrate up-to-date theory with practice without sacrificing organizational performance.
Adrianna has extensive experience in supply chain and operations including new product introduction, supply planning, capacity analysis, and inventory control. Adrianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching.

Zach Davis, MSOD contributes 20 years of professional experience leading and developing a culture of success for high-performing teams in face-to-face and virtual forums. Zach specializes in providing leadership coaching that accelerates the impact and influence of aspiring leaders, mid-level managers, and executives. His focus areas include cultivating a culture of collaboration, enabling personal and professional growth, and building meaningful relationships across teams and with clients.
He has a proven track record of helping people, in all roles and at all levels of experience, achieve balance in their performance by leveraging their strengths so they can capitalize on long-range strategic opportunities while staying in alignment with their day-to-day responsibilities. Zach earned his Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on team dynamics and coaching for personal development.

David Wragg is driven by a passion for data-informed solutions and contributes 30+ years of Executive Human Resources experience to the team. He specializes in optimizing the potential of talent throughout the organization and the Employee Lifecycle by identifying the areas where eliminating inefficiencies will have the biggest impact, particularly on engagement and performance.
An avid lifelong learner, David earned a Business Studies / Human Resources degree from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and holds multiple certifications in Career & Executive Coaching through accredited organizations within the U.S and United Kingdom. His international lens leads to thought-provoking insights and innovative ways of approaching sticky workplace situations.

Charity J. Hughes, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP focuses on talent management, executive coaching, change management and organizational development. Her extensive experience includes working for global, regional, and local organizations to help senior leaders and C-suite teams align their strategic direction, increase profitability, and leverage the strengths of their employees.
Charity is a certified coach (ACC), DEI practitioner and HR consultant who works with organizations and leaders in their quest to improve their leadership capability. Charity holds a Doctorate in Organization and Management with a specialization in Human Resources. She earned her Master’s degree in Training and Organizational Development from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Pennsylvania State University.
